Who can participate?

The CBD Points contest is open and rewards all cdbmania.co.uk customers.

In General
CBD Points collection allows you to accumulate a number of points with each purchase based on THEIR amount. CBD Points will be credited to your personal account and can only be used according to the terms in these terms and conditions of participation.

Your current point collection balance can always be viewed in your personal area on the website https://www.cbdmania.eu/account/points
Accumulate 1 CBD Point for every 1 Euro spent.

Acquisition of CBD Points
Points acquisition occurs automatically when the order is executed. The moment the system has validated and verified the purchase the relevant CBD Points will be added to your account. Additional CBDPoints may eventually be credited during offers or other special situations.

Exclusions from the program
CBD points will not be credited on items with the purchase price equivalent to €0 (e.g. free samples, free gifts, etc.) and other special cases, including merchandise returns.

CBD Mania Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to credit points in other cases not mentioned in these conditions.

Validity of CBD Points

CBD Points are valid for 12 months from January of each year.
If points are not used during the specified period, they will be automatically cancelled upon expiration. In addition, CBD Points expire, if the customer's account is blocked for justified reasons.

Use of CBD Points
You can use your CBD Points to apply for the CBD Card, a prepaid gift card containing a balance that you can use to reduce (or zero out) the cost of your orders, the CBD Card unlike the CBD Points does not expire and can be reused multiple times until the balance it contains is used up.

The CBD Card is available in three denominations and you can apply for it directly on your private area, after you have reached the necessary points. The available denominations are as follows:

Get a €25.00 CBD Card with 500 CBD Points
Get a CBD Card worth €50.00 with 1000 CBD Points
Get a 150.00€ CB D Card with 3000 CBD Points

Points credited through the CBD Points program cannot be transferred from one account to another or converted to cash.
Shipping and/or extra costs are excluded from the program.

End CBD Points Program
CBDMania reserves the right at any time to end its points collection program or replace it with another program.

Competition Changes
CBDMania reserves the right to change or supplement the conditions of participation and the way the CBD Points program operates at any time.
Any changes to these terms and conditions of participation will be communicated by publication on our website and via newsletter.
