Appearance
Moon Rocks have a truly otherworldly appearance, which fully justifies their name. They look like small "moon stones" or nuggets, with an irregular and unique shape, resembling a compact ball. The surface is a mosaic of green and brown shades, depending on the starting bud and the pollen used. To the touch, they are compact and heavy, with a slightly powdery external texture and a dense, resinous core. A product that captures the eye before it even captures the senses.

A Moon Rock is not a flower variety, but a composite product. It is created by taking a high-quality light cannabis bud, dipping it completely in a concentrated CBD oil or resin, and finally, coating it ("breading" it) with a layer of kief, which is the pollen rich in cannabinoids and terpenes.
The very high concentration of CBD is due to its creation process. In addition to the CBD naturally present in the flower, two layers of concentrates are added: the CBD resin/oil and the kief (pollen). This triple combination brings the CBD levels to percentages much higher than any standard flower.
Due to its dense and resinous consistency, a Moon Rock is not suitable for being crumbled with a common grinder, which would easily get clogged. The best way to handle it is to gently break it into small pieces with your fingers or cut it with a small blade or scissors, and then add it as desired.
